Vacancy: Workshop Manager / Foreman
Mettler BV is a family business that has been active in the automotive industry since 1960. We have grown significantly in recent years, particularly through our successful sales of damaged vehicles.
Our company focuses largely on the sale of damaged vehicles, and we have built a strong position in the market.
Due to our growth, we are looking for an enthusiastic and driven workshop manager/supervisor to strengthen our team.
What are you going to do?
- Directing and guiding the workshop team.
- Planning and allocating daily tasks.
- Ordering parts.
- Monitoring of quality, progress and efficiency.
- To actively participate in the workshop.
- Prepare damaged cars for photos/delivery.
What are we asking?
- Proven experience in a similar role.
- Strong in planning and organising.
- Experience with ordering parts.
- A team player with a sense of responsibility.
- Hard worker with a practical mindset.
